2. House Rules
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 3pm / Check-out: 11am
A member of our staff will be there to assist you during your check-in & check-out procedures.
No Smoking Inside
Smoking is forbidden inside the rooms. Only smoke in the open areas or outside, and use the ashtrays provided by the villa.
No Parties or Events
No parties or events are allowed unless asked to the host or villa manager.
Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am
Extra Visitors
No extra visitors allowed overnights, unless asked to the host or manager, who will be able to provide extra beds upon request (extra cost).
Privacy
If you wish to not be disturbed during some days of your stay by any villa staff, kindly inform the villa’s host or manager.
Security Deposits
We do not charge security deposits, however damages made to the villa & its amenities during the stay will be charged to guests accordingly.
3. Important Information
Swimming Pool Safety
Access to the pool is under full responsability of the tenants. Children must be accompanied by an adult. The villa’s owner, host or staff can’t be held responsible for any incident in or around the swimming pool. Note that a Pool fence can be rented out upon request (extra cost).
Strict No Drugs Policy
We must emphasize that drug possession and use are unequivocally prohibited by Indonesian law. We kindly request your full cooperation in maintaining a drug-free environment during your stay, ensuring the safety & harmony of all our guests.

Our villa offers housekeeping services 6 days/week
to ensure your comfort & cleanliness.
If you value privacy and wish to limit our services on certain days, please inform us in advance, so we can create a personalized experience tailored to your needs.
Towels & Bed Linens
Bed Linens will be changed every 4 days, Towels will be replaced every 2 days.
If you'd like Towels and/or bed linens changed more often, kindly inform our staff so they can assist you.

Drinking Water, Wifi
The property provides drinking water through the Water Fountain for your convenience during your stay. Remember that running tap water is not drinkable in Indonesia. High Speed WiFi is provided at the villa.
If you encounter any issues with the connection, don't hesitate to contact our onsite staff for assistance.
